Parameters
- authDescriptor: AnyAuthDescriptorRegistration
  the auth descriptor to use to compute the expected account ID
- merkleHashVersionSource: MerkleHashVersionSource
  the source to use to get the merkle hash version from, or the merkle hash version itself
Returns Buffer<ArrayBufferLike>
