Gets the transfer history of an asset from a given height as a paginated entity
Parameters
- connection: Queryable
  the connection to use when querying the blockchain
- height: number
  which block height to get transfer history from
- assetId: BufferId | null
  the id of the asset to get transfer history for
- limit: number
  maximum page size
- cursor: OptionalPageCursor = null
  where the page should start
